Word to the wise: a blog is a beast that always needs feeding.
Creative maneuvers:
- More voices: ask people to guest post on a regular basis
- Advance posting: write entries ahead of time and then pre-set them to post on future dates
- Repurpose other stuff: like feeds for your del.icio.us tags, Flickr images, or twitter tweets

Ha. So true. Great advice though. Just like so many nonprofits, sometimes it seems like it would be better if bloggers just aggregated their content and posted to the same place instead of all trying to run their own show.

haha. i feel ya. KTL was suppose to be split 4 ways btw my brothers and a friend. What happens? i do 75% of the posting. But we are getting into the thousands for hits, so i am doing something right, i guess. but advance posts...always help. that's my sunday evening activity. btw, going to be in DC on monday.
