Phil in the circle

Phil Hanson is rad.

Why? For starters, he creates absurdly meticulous and ephemeral works of art, tackling each job in anywhere from 6 - 96 hours non-stop. He films himself creating - and demolishing - his art, timelapses his videos into 2 - 4 minute clips, and then posts them to his YouTube Channel and website (www.PhilInTheCircle.com). Oh, and he enjoys a global fan base.

He even has a heart. Check out this powerful message about fair trade featuring Phil's portrait of a Ugandan boy painted on Starbucks cups. He supposedly donated all proceeds generated from sales of the print to a charity.



What's the point?

1. Somebody oughta tap this guy to promote their cause.
   
   
2. Look for other YouTube stars who could promote your cause.
   
   
3. Find astonishing talents in your own networks of members/volunteers/clients and help them establish a reputation on line. Then exploit the connection to promote your cause.
